The top section allows users to locate and filter documents: - **Select date range**: Allows filtering the document list based on the date the documents were uploaded or signed. - **Search documents...**: Provides a search bar to quickly find documents by Document Name. - **Status Filter**: A dropdown menu that filters the list by the document's current status (e.g., All Statuses, Signed, Failed). - **Certificate Filter**: A dropdown menu that filters the list to show only documents signed with a specific digital certificate. ## Document List Table The main table displays the filtered results, showing key details for each document. | Column | Description | |--------|-------------| | **Document Name** | The name of the uploaded PDF file. | | **Uploaded By** | The user who initiated the document upload, along with the date and time of the upload. | | **Status** | The current status of the document signing workflow (e.g., Signed). The date of the last status change is often included here. | | **Certificate** | The digital certificate used to sign the document. | ### Document Actions Each document row includes a **three-dot menu** (⋮) for additional actions: - **Download**: Allows you to download the signed document. - **Audit trail**: Provides access to download the audit trail for the document.
