To get an index of all articles with their `.txt` links, read: https://knowledge.leegality.com/llms.txt > **AI Guide:** For instructions on how to navigate this knowledge base as an AI agent, read: https://knowledge.leegality.com/ai-readable.txt --- # Download Signed Documents After successfully signing your document, you can review the signed document, download it along with the audit trail, and choose your next action. ## Signed Document View Once the signing process is complete, the signed document is displayed on the screen. ### Document Preview The signed document is shown in the main viewing area where you can review the applied signatures. ### Document Information Panel The right side panel displays all relevant details about the signed document: - **Uploaded by**: User who uploaded the document - **Signer name**: Name of the person who signed - **Department**: Department associated with the signing - **Date and Time**: When the document was signed - **Location**: Location where the document was signed - **Number of signatures placed**: Count of signatures applied - **Certificate**: Certificate used for signing - **Reason**: Reason provided for signing ### Download Options **Download Signed Document:** Click **Download Document** to save the signed PDF document to your local system. **Download Audit Trail**: Click **Download Audit Trail** to download a comprehensive audit trail of the document signing process. This includes: - Timestamp of each action - User details - Certificate information - Signature placement details > **Info — NOTE** > > The Download Audit Trail feature will not work if audit trail generation is not enabled in System Settings. Please ensure that **Document Audit Trails** is turned on in [System Settings](docs\sign-station\system-settings.md) under the Data & Audit tab. ### Navigation Options At any stage of the document signing, you can click the following navigation options: - **Back**: Click **Back** to return to the previous step (Configure and Sign window). - **Sign Another**: Click **Sign Another** to go directly to the Upload Document page to sign another document. - **Back to Home**: Click **Back to Home** to return to the Dashboard.
