This guide walks you through the complete document signing workflow. ## Document Signing Workflow Signing a document in SignStation follows a simple 4-step process: ![Signing Workflow](\img\Gemini_Generated_Image_i5q0i3i5q0i3i5q0.png) ### Before You Begin Make sure you have: - Selected a **department** from the header dropdown - At least one **digital certificate** configured for your department - A **PDF document** ready to sign ## Step 1: Upload Your Document 1. Click **Sign new Document** button to open the Sign Document window. > **Info — NOTE** > > Make sure to select a department from the dropdown list in the header before starting the document signing process. 2. Click **Start Document Signing** to proceed. 3.
