# Stamp Series

Stamp Series is a system that helps you order and track stamp papers easily. Here's how it works:

1. **Store Your Information:** It saves details about the stamp papers you want to purchase and their delivery address.
2. **Easy Ordering:** You can order stamp papers without re-entering the same information each time.
3. **Inventory Management:** Monitor your stamp usage and manage your inventory effectively
4. **Track Your Stamps:** All your stamp papers are tracked in the system, so you can see where they are in the delivery process.

In short, Stamp Series makes ordering and tracking stamp papers simple and convenient by remembering your preferences and shipment details.

To access your Stamp Series, select **Stamps** on the top bar and **Series** on the left.

The Stamp Series section is divided into three categories:

- **All:** Displays all stamp series.
- **Starred:**  Displays stamp series you have marked as ⭐starred for quick access.
- **Draft:** Displays stamp series that are in the draft stage.

### Stamp Series Details

- **Series Number:** A unique number assigned to each stamp series. This helps identify the stamp series during purchase, group stamp creation, and document initiation. (**Note:** <u>This is auto-generated by Leegality.</u>)
- **State:**  Displays the state name corresponding to the stamp paper.
- **Series Name:** Name of the stamp series assigned by the creator of the series for identification
- **Denomination:** Indicates the value of the stamp paper(s) contained in the series.

### Stamp Statuses

- **Unused:** Stamps available for use when sending documents for execution.
- **Reserved:** Number of stamps affixed to documents currently waiting to get eSigned.

- **Used:** Number of stamps affixed to documents that have been signed.
- **Blocked:** Number of blocked stamp papers that are not eligible for digital document creation.
- **In Process:** Number of stamps purchased and currently under procurement.
- **Expired:** Displays the count of stamps for which the expiry date has passed. You can [extend the expiry date](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/stamps/stamp-series/extend-expiry-of-stamps) to continue using these stamps for digital document execution.
- **Total:** The total number of stamps purchased to date.

- **Expiring Soon:** Indicates the number of stamp papers expiring in the next 30 days. You can directly extend the expiry date from here.
- **Low Balance:** Indicates that you have consumed 100% of your last purchase quantity. You can directly purchase from here.
